Janelle Hebert will have her art front and center at our Galley November and December. Please come by and see her new Art.
The dogs were her playmates and she adored them!
After studying Fine Art at the University of Southwestern Louisiana in Lafayette, Janelle moved to New Orleans and started her family. That family has always included a variety of pets, from dogs and cats to fish, even an iguana and Bearded Dragon named Ethel. It was only natural her son Joe grew up to be a veterinarian. And it was only natural that pet portraits would become her passion as an artist on Jackson Square.
“The gallery collective is a grassroots collective that encourages experimentation through support and presentation of new works by emerging fine and craft artists that focus on sustainable practices including social, economic, biophysical and cultural. Through partnership exhibitions, outreach, and related educational programming, the gallery is dedicated to the cultural enrichment of the town of Arnaudville, the Coteau Ridge are, the state of Louisiana, and the Southern region as well as French-speaking countries.”New Orleans and Shreveport.
